Job Description:
Summary:
•Work as a SFE Business Partner
•Transforming IPSEN strategy into tangible business plans. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure aligned business objectives, implementation strategies, and monitoring progress
•Act as a partner to resolve cross-departmental cooperation obstacles and promote the smooth progress of projects and initiatives.
Main Responsibility:
•Independently responsible for sales operation support of sales/HA team
•Leading commercial performance projects of business units (sales regions and HA team) by setting clear KPIs and objectives, ensuring teams have shared performance targets, regular performance reviews, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
•Drive data analysis and reporting to support business processes. Deeply understanding business data, provide insights to management to aid in data-driven decision-making.
•Actively engage sales management team on optimizing sales planning to ensure resource allocation effectiveness and productivity improvement.
•Conduct business analysis covering topics like performance diagnosis, call effectiveness, territory diagnosis, etc.
•Conduct FF sizing, deployment optimization and target allocation in different business scenarios (e.g., new launch, PVBP etc.)
•Optimization and execution of sales incentive design, and provision of sales incentive analysis report, maintain efficient and close communication with Sales/HA team.
•Other projects or ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
•Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 6 years working experience in multinational companies in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry or SFE role is preferred.
•Good interpersonal skill and with strong mindset for collaboration and teamwork.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Be able to work on own initiative.
•Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
•Agility in learning, gaining business understanding and adapting to changes.
•Advanced Excel skills.
